Retrun and exchange policy

At Leorbix, we strive to deliver high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards. Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched; once shipped, cancellations are not possible. We allow returns or exchanges only on selected products, and requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Due to hygiene reasons, we follow a strict no-return policy on used or tried products. Every item we ship is completely new and unused, and hygiene-sealed to ensure safety and quality for our customers. Once a product is delivered, it is not possible for us to verify whether it has been used or worn, and therefore such items cannot be accepted for return. However, in case of a valid exchange request due to size issues, defects, or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement subject to availability. The replacement will always be a brand-new, hygiene-sealed product—same item, same size, and same color.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images for verification. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund. In cases where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it; otherwise, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the situation. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method, while Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
