Refund policy

At Leorbix, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

Item received is damaged or defective
Wrong product delivered
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds are processed after 2 days of successful return approval and product verification.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or worn products
Items without original tags or packaging
Products purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (damaged or incorrect product).
